2) Matrix Structure
THe information can be sorted by type, e.g. all events, all libraries or by department all events, discussions etc related to the HR department.

3) High Levels of Security
All data is within the login container and hosted on a dedicated server.This ensures that even if a member of staff forwards on a link to a document held on your intranet to a thrid party, the third party cannot click on the link and download the document unless they have an account and are logged in. Users passwords can be set to expire after a certain number of days to further enhance security.

4) Multi Level Access
The system has the ability for Super Users, Content Editors and Standard Users. This gives the Superuser the ability to nominate editors per section who will be responsible for keeping the information up to date.

5) Global Access
From any computer connected to the Internet information can be accessed via a username and password.

6) Dedicated Server
Intranets are deployed on a dedicated server ensuring your organisation has the full use of the space on the server. Storage is 2 * 250GB Hard Disk drives in a RAID configuration which means you always have two copies of everything you load onto the server. In addition we make a daily back up of your data onto a seperate system. Back up space is limited to 250GB.
